Bramdean history
Bramdean Asset Management LLP (“Bramdean”) was founded in 2004, by Nicola Horlick, a renowned British Investment Manager with more than 30 years investment track record. It received FCA approval in early 2005 as a fund manager and in 2007, launched an alternative asset fund listed on the London Stock Exchange. Bramdean has since been established to provide institutional asset management services and to advise small and medium-sized companies on mergers and acquisitions. In 2019, Newpoint Capital Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NFG Sarl (“NFG”) acquired a majority ownership equity stake in Bramdean . In 2022, with the financial backing of NFG, Bramdean Securities (trading style of Bramdean Asset Management LLP) has emerged as a leading London based investment banking and corporate advisory firm.
