Bramdean Securities team is delighted to announce that it has advised Newpoint Financial Group (“NFG”) throughout their £8 million investment into Osso Gas Limited, a non-domestic UK gas shipper and supplier, which has now been restructured as Osso Energy PLC.This enables NFG to take a controlling stake into Osso Energy, who supplies wholesale gas to UK based businesses and operates as an Ofgem licensed UK gas shipper.
